What We Are Doing to Keep your Business Safe
Our representatives are still busy providing first aid, safety, and emergency products to active businesses throughout the Twin Cities. They have been instructed to cooperate with each of our customers' procedures, as well as to follow our own safety and sanitary protocols.
In addition to practicing basic wellness hygiene (coughing or sneezing into the elbow, proper hand washing, refraining from touching the face or shaking hands, etc.), all reps:
- Are provided with disposable gloves to wear for when they service your business.
- Are provided with disinfectant to wipe down the cabinet at every service stop.
- Are provided with masks to wear into your place of business.
- Have been instructed to wash their hands when they are able or use a provided hand sanitizer before and after each service stop.
Additionally, we have a flexible time off policy for employees who become sick or must care for sick family members. We discourage sick workers from coming in to work.
When The Supply Chain is Disrupted
We are still open, working to provide the products you need, and we know our company provides essential supplies to many of you. If you are a route/cabinet customer in need of a product that we currently are unable to stock, please contact us and we can put you on a list to be notified when those products are coming available.
If Your Business is Suffering Financially
We know that the pandemic has disrupted your businesses and your lives. If your business has had to temporarily close, please get in touch with us so we can keep a line of communication open regarding any outstanding invoices. As a locally owned business, our hearts go out to our business community members who are suffering, worried for their workers, afraid they won't open again.
Keeping up with communication is a must so that we can adjust expectations while still meeting your needs. Please contact us at (952) 890-1321 to discuss payment concerns.
